Jake Jones has handled hundreds of cases throughout Oklahoma, including numerous jury and non-jury trials in various areas of the law. The subject matter of those cases has included medical malpractice defense, nursing home defense, representation of health care providers before licensing boards, representation of municipalities and school districts on a variety of claims, as well as general liability claims in virtually all areas. Jones is also a certified mediator and has also conducted almost one thousand mediations and arbitrations.

Jones has often been recognized by his peers as he was elected by Oklahoma County lawyers to the Oklahoma Judicial Nominating Commission in 1991 at the age of 34 and has an “AV” Preeminent Peer Review rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Jones has been appointed by Oklahoma’s last three (3) Governors to the Board of Directors of the Oklahoma Indigent Defense System where he now serves as Chairman.
